HomePerk

After debuting this spring, HomePerk has officially launched as HomePlate's newest Youth Employment Program.  In partnership with Bethel Congregational Church in Beaverton, HomePerk employs one youth each month to provide coffee and snacks for the church's social hour.

In this role, youth will also provide customer service to congregation members, manage inventory and donations, and participate in one-on-one mentoring and job skills training with HomePlate's Employment Coordinator.

HomePerk will provide a supportive, paid work opportunity in which youth will be able to develop skills and begin down a path toward greater stability.
